The ever changing nature of life, the power and the changing movements.
Finding I like painting big. Big brushes, big palette knife.. bold strokes, fast, to capture feelings. Life moves so fast and we miss it in details, we have to move fast.

Session two, Friday 6 November. Two sessions in one day, and the painting has found its weather — thick and bold, worked from myself and my flow rather than copying anything. The ever changing nature of life, the power and the changing movements.

I love my other beeswax abstract blue dark painting. Don’t touch that! Frame it and make this one more like that!
## WOOP
### **W**ish
Finish this painting by the end of November 2026 — my first finished painting in a long time, and the start of getting my work exhibited. This month
### **O**utcome
A finished painting again, and the first piece of a small collection strong enough to approach galleries with. Finishing this one breaks the gap and proves the routine can work.
### **O**bstacle
No settled routine for getting the art done yet — painting slips down the list when days fill up, and the longer the gap since the last session, the harder it is to begin.
### **P**lan
IF a planned painting session hasn't started, **THEN I will** open the time tracker on this note and begin a short session anyway (even 15 minutes), logged every time — the tracker here and the Time Tracker Statistics keep me encouraged and accountable.
