It seems that the states control the enterprise, but very often, and de facto is the other way around, is that the company, being them in the army industry or in often oil companies, are more influential than states themselves, like governments themselves, and us, as electoral bodies, as citizens, including in the democratic system. So this is the scenario that also Palestine is revealing.
